Our Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders $80+ shipped within The United States! 

Orders will be shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order has been processed (within 1-3 business days), your item(s) will be shipped and should be received within 5-7 business days. Not including Custom Items and  Custom Metal tumblers; Custom Metal Tumblers require a drying/ cure time of 7 to 10 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.

Only US shipping provided at this time and all USPS/UPS rates and time frames apply.

Please understand Lady Maroon is not responsible for any delays, lost/damaged, or missing items/packages once your order is scanned by the postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or resend items should this occur.
